I must say that I was more impressed than expected because I originally thought that a conference and seminar hotel would look very formal, but it wasn’t. This place gives you the feeling of relaxing in a large, comfortable hotel with everything you need. The room we stayed in was a room with both a bedroom and a living room, clearly separated. The area was so large that you could walk around without feeling cramped. It’s perfect for families or those who like a lot of space like us. There are 2 bathrooms, which are both convenient and meet your needs. The master bathroom even has a bathtub, which gives you a relaxing soaking feeling like you’re in a resort. In terms of location, it’s great. It’s right next to MRT Bang Krasor, just a short bridge across, so you don’t have to worry about traffic jams. There’s also a lot of parking. The staff are good and attentive. They don’t provide perfect service to the point that you feel tense, but they’re friendly and helpful in every way. Another thing I’d like to praise is that the hotel looks clean and new. It has complete facilities. There’s also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Although it’s not very big, it’s okay. There’s also a restaurant that organizes a seafood buffet on Saturdays and Sundays. If you’re a foodie, you can definitely enjoy it. In conclusion, Richmond isn’t just a conference hotel. But it is a place we would like to return to in the future because it is convenient, comfortable, and we feel that they really care about the design and service. #richmondhotel
