It consists of two parts: the upper part is composed of a giant Mongolian sacred object, a stone cone-shaped Aobao, and a viewing platform; the lower part is composed of a sacrificial platform and a stone-built mountain, making it a sacred place for the people of the grasslands to pray. 2.
