Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Alicante (Region) This is a Gothic church with a Renaissance altar. It has a nave and side chapels. The main facade is in Isabel Gothic style. It has a semicircular figure eight arch decorated with plant motifs. The vertical frame has an image of Santiago. The main chapel was built between the 16th and 17th centuries. It was conceived as an autonomous unit, separated from the nave by a triumphal arch. The dome has a square base and is decorated with recessed panels.
