Osaka… A city that made my heart beat faster from the first step I took. It is full of charm and cuteness hidden in every corner of the city, whether it is the friendly people, the delicious food that is beyond our imagination, or even the lively atmosphere that makes you feel joyful and never get bored. Getting around Osaka is super convenient. I use the ICOCA card. With just one top-up, I can ride the subway and buses all over the city without worrying about buying tickets multiple times. The English signs and navigation apps help me travel like a pro and I never get lost. As for food… Osaka is truly a foodie’s paradise! Takoyaki Crispy round balls with a soft, fresh squid filling, topped with a sweet and salty sauce and mayonnaise. The first bite is so satisfying, it feels like eating true happiness. Next up is okonomiyaki, a Japanese pizza with soft dough mixed with fresh vegetables and meat, topped with a special sauce and mayonnaise that adds flavor. It’s so delicious that you can’t stop eating it. And kushikatsu, fried skewers with a crispy outside and soft inside, dipped in a special sauce, makes the meal even more perfect. The sweets like green tea soft serve ice cream and crepes with fresh fruits and whipped cream are so sweet and refreshing. Shopping areas like Shinsaibashi and Americamura are my favorite places to stroll around. They are full of cute shops, beautifully decorated cafes, and unique souvenirs. I love sitting in pastel-themed cafes sipping green tea with fresh fruit cake. The quiet atmosphere is so relaxing. At night, Dotonbori is a special place that I never miss. The colorful neon lights reflect on the water in the canal. I walk along the canal with hot takoyaki in my hand and take a picture with the giant Glico sign. It is filled with laughter and smiles from people of all ages. The warm and fun atmosphere makes me want to stay here for a long time. Even though it is a big and bustling city, Osaka also has quiet parks and shrines where I can rest my mind. I love walking under the big trees, listening to the birds singing, and stopping by to pray at traditional shrines. I feel calm and full of positive energy. Osaka has taught me that happiness does not have to be big. Just walking slowly, eating delicious food, and exchanging smiles with strangers can fill my heart incredibly. I love Osaka in its natural and lovely way without any artificiality. It is full of warmth and small happiness hidden in every corner of the city. Osaka is a city that suits everyone.
