Osaka🇯🇵

Japan Travel Review Osaka: This city is too cute to resist! Osaka~ A name that makes you feel warm, like a close friend who is both playful, warm, and always invites you to eat delicious food 😆💖 We planned this trip very intentionally because Osaka is a dream city that we have wanted to go to for a long time~ We want to walk along the river, walk through small alleys with old shops, eat authentic takoyaki and of course, scream in Universal Studios Japan with the world of Harry Potter and Mario! 🍄🏰✨ When we got off the Kansai Airport, our feet stepped on Japanese soil and our hearts were beating like... have I really arrived?! And as soon as we stepped out of the airport, we were greeted by the cool air, light wind and the sound of trains running by on time. Everything seemed orderly, but cute in a way that made us fall in love even before we started our trip 💕 Osaka is a city that is very well-balanced. It has a bit of a vintage feel mixed with a modern, cute, Japanese feel. The first place we went to was Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. We walked for less than 10 minutes and knew that… Yen will not be with us for long! 😂 The shops are so cute, from clothes, cafes, toys to gachapon, everything is inevitably eye-catching. Dotonbori Street at night is brightly lit with neon signs, the atmosphere is lively but not chaotic. It has an indescribable charm that made us smile all night long. 💫 We took a picture with the famous Glico sign, standing and raising our arms like a runner reaching the finish line. Let me tell you, my life as a Japanese tourist has been fulfilled! 😆 As for food… Oh my, I don’t know where to start because there is so much! We started with takoyaki from a street stall. The dough is soft, the filling is full of squid, the sauce is sweet, and the dried fish is dancing on the round ball. It is so delicious that we had to buy it again. Then there is okonomiyaki (Japanese pizza) that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, freshly baked, and the smell is so mouth-watering. And what you can’t miss is a big bowl of ramen. The taste is so rich that you want to slurp every drop 🍜💗 The next day, we were super excited because we were going to Universal Studios Japan (USJ) that we had been waiting for for a long time! It was so awesome from the moment we stepped in~ The Harry Potter zone was like a dream! There was Hogsmeade Village, very romantic fake snow, and of course, we got to sip on a sweet and refreshing Butterbeer while walking around proudly wearing a Hufflepuff scarf 🧙♀️💛 And the Super Nintendo World zone was the ultimate in the cuteness universe!!! Everything looked like it came out of a Mario game. There were mushrooms, green pipes, and Mario was waving. When I put on my wristband and actually hit the coin box, I wanted to scream! 🎮🍄 I took ten rounds of photos and it still wasn't enough. My heart was beating fast the whole time I was there. In addition to the fun city, Osaka also has very peaceful and romantic corners, such as Osaka Castle, which is surrounded by a wide park. We arrived when the flowers were changing colors. Red and yellow leaves fell on the walkway. It was like we had stepped into a romantic movie. 🧡🍁 The atmosphere there gave a sense of peace. The white castle against the sky is a picture that I want to record in my heart forever. We also stopped by a yukata rental shop and walked around the old alleys. It felt so good! When we finished wearing it and walked out of the shop, it was like we became a Japanese girl from the Edo period 😳 Someone walked by and said, “Kawaii~” I couldn’t stop smiling >< Walking past a traditional shop, fragrant mochi and a temple bell that rang softly was another memorable day that I want everyone to try! Another cute thing is the convenience stores in Japan, which don’t just sell water or snacks, but also have a lot of cute things, such as bento boxes, strange flavored drinks, candies that look like mini games, and small toys that we accidentally bought because they were too cute to resist 🤭🍬 On the last day of the trip, we stopped by to buy souvenirs until we almost missed our flight. There were so many cute things to choose from! Kit Kats with strange flavors, Japanese cartoon snacks, key chains, cute socks that we couldn’t resist, and of course, the 100 yen shops that were both cute and cheap, to the point that we wanted to take the whole store home 😍🛍️ Even though it was a short trip, Osaka left us with warm memories in our hearts. It's a city with fun chaos, gentle tranquility, deliciousness, and heart-melting cuteness. 💓 We don't know how Osaka will become our second home, but we know that our hearts don't want to go back yet. And if we have the chance... we will definitely go back to you, Osaka~ 🥹🍡✨ ⸻ #TravelAbroad #Osaka
