Make Your Own Takoyaki

Eating takoyaki in Osaka is practically a must-do activity. With so many takoyaki shops in the city, and numerous recommendations from others, it can be hard to decide where to go. This time, I chose a rather unique shop where customers can make their own takoyaki. First, you select your preferred flavor, and then the staff explains the cooking process before providing the ingredients and takoyaki batter. If the staff notices that customers are struggling during the cooking process, they will proactively offer assistance. I found this experience incredibly enjoyable, as it allowed me to learn some tips and tricks for making takoyaki.
