A cute Osaka travel review: A city that warms your heart to the point of wanting to freeze time here for a long time 🧸🍙✨ For us, "Osaka" is a city that is not so busy that it is tiring, but not so quiet that it is lonely. It is a city that is colorful, cute, delicious, and the warmth of the people, mixed together perfectly, making this trip to Japan a memory that you want to pick up and smile at yourself often. 🥹🇯🇵 Getting to Osaka is not difficult at all because there are direct flights from Bangkok to Kansai International Airport. Once you get off the plane, you can take the train into the city. It is very convenient. There are also many tourist passes to choose from, such as the Osaka Amazing Pass or Kansai Thru Pass that help you save on travel expenses to the max. 🚃💳 The first thing we fell in love with Osaka is the "weather". No matter what season it is, it has its own charm. In spring, the cherry blossom trees will bloom fluffy, pastel pink, cute like you are in a cartoon. 🌸 In autumn, red-orange maple leaves will fall like a natural carpet. Walking around gives a light romantic feeling 🍁 The first place I want to recommend is "Osaka Castle". It is a landmark of the city that everyone who comes must stop by. The castle is so beautiful that even when we went during a time when there were no flowers, we still had a lot of fun taking pictures. Because just the white and gold structure and the surrounding garden are magnificent. 🏯 Inside the castle, there is also a small museum where you can walk around and see the history of Osaka. Next is the area that we screamed the most on this trip... "Dotonbori". Yes! This place is heaven for foodies + photographers. Because every corner is full of lights, big restaurant signs such as giant crabs, takoyaki dolls, or the legendary Glico sign. 🌟🎌 Taking pictures is so cool. Plus, all the food is delicious. The takoyaki is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The okonomiyaki is also super fragrant. Eat and smile non-stop 🐙🍢🍜 Another corner of Osaka that we would like you to try to experience is the "Shinsaibashi" area, which is full of cute shops, cafes, and cool Japanese fashion. It's very enjoyable to walk here. Just holding shopping bags makes you look lively. When you're tired from walking, stop by for a cup of tea in a small cafe decorated in a Japanese and minimalist style, just like on Pinterest. 🍵🛍️✨ We also secretly escaped the chaos and went to rest our hearts at "Tennoji Park". It's a large public park with a traditional Japanese garden, a small zoo, and a quiet shrine. It feels like Osaka is embracing us with peace and greenery. 🍃🕊️💕 And if you have more time, don't miss "Universal Studios Japan". This is a world of imagination that both children and adults will love. Especially the Harry Potter zone, which is like stepping into a real movie! Walking in Hogsmeade Village while sipping on Butterbeer is the best. 🎢⚡🧙♀️ Food is another heart of Osaka that makes us fall in love and not want to go back. 😋 In addition to the takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and kushikatsu that we already recommended, there are many other desserts such as smooth and bouncy Japanese pudding, Japanese-style bubble milk tea, and fresh crepes wrapped in soft cream with fresh fruit. 🍮🍓🧋 The people here are also very lovely. They are friendly and smile a lot. They can speak a little English, but they try to communicate with us warmly. One day, we got a little lost. An old lady helped us walk to the bus stop even though she had already walked past it. This kindness is what makes Osaka feel like a second home. 🏡💗 For accommodation, we chose a cute hostel near the train station. It is very convenient to travel and the room is super clean. It is suitable for those who want to save money but still want Japanese cuteness. There are many to choose from in Osaka. 🛏️🧼✨ Although Osaka is not the capital of Japan, for us, Osaka is the heart of this trip. There are many things that are more than just “tourism”. It is a city that makes us feel that “Traveling here is like finding a little happiness that was lost” 🌈🧳 For those who have never been to Osaka, I would like you to try to experience it once.
