The signature is ✨ 涔江ちゃんぽん: golden soup + lots of vegetables and pork + 18-aged noodles (actually I don't know what it means, anyway it's delicious) The whole bowl of ramen is made in Japan. The soup base is made with bonito and kelp, the noodles are made with wheat flour produced in Shiga Prefecture, and the wild vegetables are contracted farmers in Kyoto and Shiga. It tastes very refreshing and is quite suitable for Taiwanese tastes. You can add vinegar or hot sauce to change the taste halfway through. I didn't add vinegar, but the hot sauce is very suitable and not too spicy. I rarely finish the ramen soup, but this one can.
