Escape the crowds

Plitvice Lakes National park is one of the most popular tourist sites in Croatia and there’s definitely good reason for that with the national splendour of the waterfalls crashing through the forest a must see sight for anyone visiting the country. However, at the height of summer crowds at the lower end of the park can become very overwhelming and for those seeking a more tranquil experience that may seem hard to find.
