Flowers and cliffs come together! Enjoy the spectacular views while trekking to Momoiwa

#0yentravel Momoiwa is a strange rock formation in the southern part of Rebun Island, named for its resemblance to a peach. The surrounding area is a treasure trove of alpine plants, and colorful flowers bloom in abundance, especially in early summer. From the Momoiwa Observatory, you can get a panoramic view of the beautiful coastline of Rishiri Island and Rebun Island, and it is also a popular trekking course. To get there, take a bus from Kafuka Port to the "Momoiwa Trailhead," then walk for about 30 minutes.
