2025 Sausalito, California Seafood Restaurant: Salito’s Crab House & Prime Rib

This time, I took advantage of the sunny weekend and visited the famous restaurant in Sausalito, California, Salito’s Crab House & Prime Rib, with my friends to enjoy a sumptuous seafood feast. The restaurant is located on the waterfront of the Bay Area. When the weather is fine, you can sit in the outdoor seating area and enjoy the beautiful sea view while enjoying the food. The atmosphere is quite comfortable. We ordered several signature dishes this time, one of which is the Soft-Shell Crab Sandwich, which is served with golden fried crispy potato cubes and a small dish of tartar sauce. The fresh shrimp is plump and chewy, paired with homemade lasagna, which is chewy and smooth, absorbing the seafood sauce, which is rich but not greasy. Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs are sprinkled on the surface to add flavor and aroma, making people unable to stop eating. Of course, how can you miss their classic oyster platter when you come to Salito’s? We ordered half a dozen oysters, which were served on the table with a very delicate presentation, accompanied by ice cubes, lemon slices, and homemade vinegar onion sauce and horseradish sauce. The oysters are fresh and tender, with a strong seafood flavor but not fishy. Squeeze some lemon juice to make it more refreshing, especially suitable for enjoying in the hot summer. Each one is handled very cleanly, without sand, and it is very safe to eat. Several different hot sauces and pepper salts are also provided on the table, such as the classic Tabasco and special hot sauce, so that those of us who like strong flavors can also adjust the flavor by ourselves. For drinks, we only ordered ice water.
