Guests staying in an executive room check in at the lounge on the 18th floor instead of the hotel lobby on the 1st floor! If you check your name in the lobby on the 1st floor, a staff member will guide you to the 18th floor. Then, while you are enjoying afternoon tea on the 18th floor, they will help you check in in the order you arrived. If you want a window seat, I think you should go a little earlier than 2:30~ I went a little after 2:30 and all the 2-person window seats were taken, but there was a 3-person room-type seat, so I went there.
