I think the first time I properly tried mugwort desserts was at Orange. When I first saw mugwort gateau on the menu, I had no idea what it would taste like, but it was a whole new world💚 The cream and sheet full of the bitter mugwort flavor, and the crunchy and sweet lotus-like crumble went well together!
