It was overwhelming to see the relics of the Hittite Empire that flourished around 1600 BC gathered in one place!! Especially in front of the bronze sun disk, it seemed as if the delicate hands of a craftsman from 3,500 years ago were transmitted across time... 📌 Points for solo travelers Recommended experience: Hittite cuneiform engraving → Experience engraving your name on a clay tablet (15 minutes, 5,000 won) Hidden spot: "Hittite Window" at the end of the 2nd floor hallway → Photo zone with a window projecting Anatolian landscape Recommended snack: Museum cafe "Hittite Tea" (6,500 won) → Set of traditional Anatolian herbal tea and fig cookies 🚨 Notes Cuneiform experience closes at 4:30 p.m. (early closing if ingredients run out) The window photo zone changes scenery every 15 minutes, so be sure to get the timing right Be careful drinking the Hittite tea because it's hot When I tried the AR experience next to the Hittite chariot model, it was exciting to see the actual battle scene unfold before my eyes! My own Hittite seal (8,000 won) made in the experience zone is currently free. I brought it home and put it on my desk, and every morning I felt the weight of history from 3,500 years ago.
