Enjoying Breakfast at Walkerhill 'The Buffet' The true highlight of a hotel staycation is undoubtedly the breakfast, right? The breakfast at Walkerhill Hotel's 'The Buffet' truly lives up to its reputation. While I've visited The Buffet for lunch before, this was my first time trying their breakfast. And let me tell you, it was on a whole different level compared to any other breakfast I've had before. It made me think, "I could go on a staycation just for this breakfast!" Starting your day in a grand space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Han River is a healing experience in itself. The buffet menu offers a wide variety of options, including Korean, Western, and Chinese dishes, making it fun to pick and choose according to your taste. The selection is genuinely diverse. The cream shrimp, dumplings, and meat dishes were especially outstanding. On top of that, there are fresh salads, fruits, yogurt, and various cereals for a light start, as well as hearty hot dishes like abalone porridge, bacon, sausages, and stir-fried broccoli. Egg dishes such as omelets, scrambled eggs, and sunny-side-ups are made fresh on the spot, and bread baked by the Walkerhill Bakery patissier can be enjoyed warm from the toaster. Even the freshly brewed coffee is top-notch 👍. The attentive guidance from the staff, quick table setups, and thoughtful touches like trays for families with kids were impressive. Enjoying a luxurious breakfast with a view of the Han River makes you exclaim, "No wonder everyone raves about Walkerhill's staycation breakfast!" I definitely need to go back soon.....☺️
