This place has an authentic Japanese feel with its wood-toned exterior, and the interior is a cozy ramen restaurant centered around a stone table. I could really feel the Japanese atmosphere of enjoying a quick meal in a small space. ✔ Famous clam ramen The clam, lily, and other clam broth base added Japanese soy sauce (soy sauce) had a really deep and special flavor. It was the most delicious when eaten as is without any seasoning. ✔ Stamina Don (Chashu Don) It was a side dish, but the quality was excellent. The meat was flavored with a torch directly, so it was filling even with one bowl. 💡 Tip The clam-based broth may be liked or disliked, so please note! The price range is slightly higher than regular ramen (Recommended considering the Michelin quality) If you use the remote line at Catch Table, you can reduce waiting stress.
