Futuristic public park

DDP is a public park designed by Zaha Hadid and incorporates futuristic elements, while preserving some historic elements. Essentially it almost looks like an spaceship in the middle of Seoul, but upon closer inspection it works nicely by placing itself into the landscape of the surrounding area. There are designer lounges, a museum, a cafe as well as art halls housed inside the funky building. However I think you truly get an idea of the scope and scale of the building. The surrounding park is also a very relaxing place to rest and to stroll around. You'll find traces of the Seoul City wall incorporated into the park as well as pieces from the former Dongdaemun Stadium.
