When I visited, the fine dust concentration was very bad, so I could only see about 3.5km from the center of Lotte World Tower. I was able to see a more beautiful view than I thought! I personally recommend visiting before sunset to see both the daytime and nighttime views at the same time! The sunset view from the 123rd floor, 555m high, the highest in Korea, is also impressive, so I highly recommend it!
