Tatopani is probably the best plan for adventurous travellers visiting Tamang Heritage Trail in Nepal. The forest is well maintained, this place is clean and fresh air is everywhere. The hike could be challenging only in the case you are not used to high altitudes. If you are not use to long walks uphill It’s best to bring hiking poles for the journey to save your knees. You can do this trail slowly at your own pace, maybe bring pill for high sickness and oxygen tank if you are afraid of your oxygen intake.
