Enjoying traditional cuisine in Sofia, Bulgaria

Bulgarian cuisine might not be something you can easily imagine, but when you think of Bulgaria, yogurt definitely comes to mind! So, I decided to try dishes featuring yogurt at this restaurant. The exterior and interior of the restaurant are charming, like something out of a fairy tale, and my excitement was already at its peak even before the food arrived! ✨ Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the "Tarator," a refreshing cucumber soup made with yogurt and seasoned simply with salt. 🥒 📍Izbata Tavern Sofia Center, Slavyanska St 18, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria
