We ordered mulhoe for two, one hoe-deopbap (raw fish rice bowl), and one squid sundae (stuffed squid). For the mulhoe, mix it well and add some somyeon (thin noodles) to enjoy. For the hoe-deopbap, mix it thoroughly with the sauce provided. The hoe-deopbap was incredibly delicious. And the apple in the mulhoe was just so, so tasty... Could it be because it’s from Goseong?
