It is a popular destination featuring Beombawi Rock, one of Sokcho's Eight Scenic Spots, and a walking trail starting from the Tongcheon County Fallen Comrades Memorial Monument. The memorial monument was established to honor the fallen soldiers from Tongcheon County who fought against the North Korean communist forces and died in battle.
