When I seriously thought about giving up on my trip, I stopped by Strasbourg, a small city near Paris, and this small city seemed to comfort my heart that was scared and hurt in Paris. Just sitting quietly by the river and watching the river flow by gave me great comfort, and thanks to Strasbourg, I was able to gain courage again and finish my trip without giving up. If I get a chance to go to France, I don't know about Paris, but Strasbourg is a place I'd definitely want to visit again.
