Strasbourg, the classic water city of France

Strasbourg, the capital of the Alsace region in eastern France, near the German border. This large city is famous for its old town center called Grande lle or Grand island, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The old town is full of old houses in the half-timbered style, decorated with colorful flower bushes, lined with canals in a lovely atmosphere. Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg, a Gothic cathedral that is considered one of the most perfect in Europe. Barrage Vauban, one of the three bridges across the river, takes you to take a high angle photo of the city, overlooking the Ponts Couverts. Traveling by train from Paris takes 2 hours and 20 minutes.
