I visited the Surry Hills branch, and the interior is well-lit and bright, so it felt good just sitting there. The signature ricotta pancakes were soft and fluffy yet sweet, so they were great to enjoy as dessert, and the scrambled eggs were really soft and creamy, so I understood why they are famous. The avocado toast was also fresh and healthy. The staff was friendly and the food came out at a reasonable speed. It's a little pricey, but if you're looking for a nice brunch in Sydney, it's worth a visit.
