The meat is grilled and you just have to eat it, so you don't have to worry even in the summer! I ordered a plate of spicy grilled meat, but the meat was already grilled and you can eat the tofu, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and kimchi while cooking them! The portion was bigger than I thought, but the meat was so chewy and the skin was just the right amount of oil, so I was able to eat it without feeling like I was being stabbed! Recommended for those who are not confident in grilling meat or want to eat seasoned pork belly!
