I didn’t expect that in Suzhou, you can live in the gardens.

If you like Suzhou and Suzhou-style gardens, you must visit Rongchuntang Xilinyuan in Dongshan, Suzhou. This Su-style garden, which has existed since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, has been converted into a hotel by its current owner. It is rare that its appearance has not been changed by major changes! The garden architecture has been preserved to a great extent, including most of the building materials and furniture! Only by living in it can you truly feel the charm of Chinese architecture! 💁Talk about hotel services: Although it is quite remote, there are electric cars to pick you up when you get to the intersection, so you don't have to worry about having difficulty carrying your luggage. The waiters are very enthusiastic but have a sense of boundaries, and will not disturb us too much. We wanted to iron our clothes at night, so we told the front desk and the ironing machine was delivered quickly. 🍚Talk about meals: The hotel breakfast is delicious 😋 Very rich nine-square grid! After eating, I feel like I don’t need to eat anything for lunch. If you don’t want to order food in the hotel (a little expensive), you can take a taxi to Grandma Impression Leisure Farm, which has personally tested and evaluated delicious farmhouses. There are other options, but almost all of them require a taxi to get there (taking a taxi is quite convenient) 🔧Talk about room facilities: If you stay in the summer, some mosquitoes may be unavoidable... and the air conditioner in the room is quite loud, this really needs to be improved 🙏 The room space is quite large! The room we stayed in had a long tatami sofa, which was very comfortable to sit on, drink tea and have fun. 😌The toiletries were from L'Occitane, and I especially liked their toothbrushes and slippers! Very good quality! I took them all away! This trip was limited and I only stayed for one night. 😩Next time I have a chance to go to Suzhou, I will definitely stay for a few more days with my family. There are many farmhouse experience activities in Dongshan, such as picking fruits and fishing. I have to go in the spring when the flowers are blooming. 🍃
