Highland quick escape from Manila to Tagaytay, Cavite

We took a public bus from PITX Manila to Furo Mall, Tagaytay for about 3.5 hours ride. Mind you, it’s a free seating public bus with many stops, so don’t expect luxury and utmost comfort. Arrived Tagaytay at about 3pm, checked in at our bnb and had a quick freshen up before left to People’s Park in the Sky. The highlight of Tagaytay is Taal Lake and volcano view, and we already had the best view from out bnb balcony. That’s why after People’s Park, we just skipped all the other popular attraction spots because they all offered the same view, if not less, than what we saw from our balcony. And we can save money on tricycle too LOL! On the following day, we went to Puzzle Mansion, the world’s biggest jigsaw puzzle museum recognised by Guinness. Madam Georgina’s puzzle collection was simply stunning and amazing to look at. On our way back, we asked our kind tricycle driver to stop at the best buko store and he stopped at Cecilia’s. The buko pie sold here taste soooo good and fresh. So fresh that we kinda regret not be able to bring it back to our homecountry. Overall, our trip to Tagaytay was more on chill and healing side, not much on adventurous take.
