The "#dyc咖啡 豆烤实验室" at B1 of the Tainan New Main Library is a boutique coffee shop that focuses on the bean roasting experience. Through the concept of sharing, it combines bean roasting technology with digitalization and artificial intelligence, allowing customers to create their own coffee flavor through experience. The store is located in the spacious B1, with an open-air seating area and lighting from the patio, making the overall space open and bright. In addition to the internal use area, there is also a raw bean exhibition and sales area. This time I went there and it happened to be the Geisha Coffee Bean Exhibition. There is also an eye-catching bean roasting experience area. Through the window, you can clearly see the bean roasting equipment and process steps. There are also exclusive seats for participating in the experience. There weren't many people there on a Tuesday morning, so I ordered a lightly iced Americano. It was a huge cup! The menu is quite thick. In addition to drinks and pastries, there are also light meals such as brunch. Because there is a children's reading and exploration area next to it, the overall dining environment is quite parent-child friendly. The tables are spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning is strong, and there are high chairs for children.
