They offer a variety of creative breads, such as mandarin-flavored kouign-amann, making the selection process quite enjoyable. This time, I purchased three items, focusing on rice flour bread. The rice flour bread was surprisingly chewy, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious! It was filling and had a gentle flavor that I really liked. The "Three Little Chickens" rice flour bread was too cute to resist 😂. The prices are somewhat on the higher side, closer to Tokyo standards rather than Takamatsu's.
