Takamatsu Castle - Tamamo Park where the castle tower cannot be found

Tamamo Park (Takamatsu Castle Ruins) is a national historical site certified by Japan. It is located in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture and is known as one of the three major water castles in Japan. There are many attractions in Tamamo Park Castle, such as the Gen Gurari, Tsukimi Gurari, Sailor-gomon Gate, and To Gurari, which are designated as important cultural properties, and the Hiunkaku, a villa of the Matsudaira family built during the Taisho period. But when we reached the center of the city, we couldn't find the castle tower! The original Takamatsu Castle tower was old and dilapidated, and was dismantled in 1884. In 2007, the stone walls of the tower were rebuilt, and it was reopened in 2013! So now we can only find the ruins of Takamatsu Castle Tower.
