Each table is served an appetizer without needing to order, which includes three seasonal sashimi options: salmon, sweet shrimp, and octopus 🐙. The first round is quite good, but the salmon tends to get fattier as the meal progresses, which is great for those who enjoy the belly cut. As for Japanese Black Wagyu 🐮, there are 15 cuts available, including thinly seared ribeye, short ribs, and chuck. There are also 6-7 types of sauces to choose from. The marbling of the Wagyu is very distinct, far superior to regular American or Australian beef. The rich aroma and flavor of the beef explode in your mouth 🤤. The beef tongue is also highly recommended, available in thick or thin slices. Personally, I prefer the thick cut for its chewy and springy texture. Outside, there are two self-service bars. One is a beverage bar, dessert counter, and sauce station. I appreciate that, in addition to cold brew tea and bottled sodas, they also offer hot drinks.
