Best Morning Running Spots in Shinjuku

The first trip in July was to see my favorite play. I flew to Tokyo instead of home on Friday after work!! The next day, the Great Tokyo Earthquake was going to happen... Everyone was in chaos, but there were a lot of people at the airport and in Shinjuku;;; Thanks to that, the flight was cheap, so I was lucky But as soon as I arrived, it was hot, so I went to Kurazushi next to the hotel, and ate sushi!!! Actually, I tried to get a Chiikawa capsule and sucked it like crazy and succeeded ✨ Thanks to that, I went for a morning run to soothe my swollen body the next day. I was thinking of running from Shinjuku Nishiguchi (west) toward Okubo, but there is a love hotel on the way there, and it was just a road, so I decided to go past Shinjuku 3-chome (Isetan Department Store side) in the morning and run around Shinjuku Gyoen! Japan is hot and humid, but the sun is really hot and stinging, so sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are a must! It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Kyoen, and when you go inside, you can find shade in the forest and run. The wind blowing through the trees cools your sweat and it feels so good. There are more running crews than I thought, so I was able to run without thinking about anything! I went into 3-chome and made a circle and came out to the 1-chome greenhouse. The greenhouse might be hot, but it was so cool, so it was good for cooling off after running. You can sit in the shade here and there and rest, and when I lay down under the shade of a tree the size of an apartment building, I fell asleep. After running for about an hour and a half, resting and looking at the trees, I thought, This is why I run!
