Grilled Delicious River Roppongi Rinkarou

Mr. Ishikawa, the third generation owner of the Aozora restaurant in Tsukiji Market, left Tsukiji in 2018👨🏻🍳 Opened a grilled fish restaurant in Roppongi and named it after his daughter "Rinka"🏠 I've wanted to try it for a long time, but unfortunately, it was a solo restaurant before and only accepted reservations for two or more people📱 This time, it happened that my friend who was traveling with me loved fish, so of course I had to arrange to come and try it before boarding the plane😬 I eat a lot of grilled meat, but this is my first time eating grilled fish😮 The seafood dish started with a bowl of sea urchin and salmon roe donburi🍚 The chef put it on the table but didn't let us eat it🤥 It turned out that we had to wait for him to grill a large toro and put it on before we started eating🤤 Next, there were four dishes including sesame tofu, scad, shrimp, monkfish liver and salad🥙 Then we came to the main course, the beautifully presented seafood platter😍 Seven seafood dishes, mainly fish, only one is scallop🐟🐚 Each dish is grilled in front of us and served with different seasonings🔥 Soy sauce redfish is cooked while sliding, and the white fish is as chewy as scallops, which is amazing😋 The common sukiyaki of longevity meat is replaced by tuna instead of beef, which is also tender, sweet and not greasy🥩🍳 The fried puffer fish looks like a piece of fried chicken, but the meat is as refreshing and chewy as chicken🍗 Finally, there is a dish of cold noodles cooked in clam soup and dessert🍜🍨 #tokyospots#food
