Beside the beautiful town of Malcesine, set within Lake Garda, you will find a cable car that will whisk you away to the top of the Monte Baldo mountain range. Within minutes, you’ll be 1,800 metres up in the sky and you’ll be treated to some absolutely phenomenal views! I’m often asked which has been my favourite holiday destination. It’s a tough question to answer because everywhere has something different to offer and can be appreciated in their own right. But Lake Garda in Italy is definitely one of my favourite holiday destinations. Who can beat views of the crystal clear blue waters of the Lake below? Or the sweeping vistas of the Dolomite mountain range that can be seen all around? When I first saw the panoramic views from the top of this mountain, it took my breath away. That memory is ingrained in my mind.
