Recommended Restaurants in Tsuen Wan

After work today, I went to Tsuen Wan for dinner with friends. We noticed that the restaurant "Fishing Fun" has been highly recommended recently, so we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was fantastic as soon as we entered, and there was even a live band performing. The environment was perfect for a group of friends to hang out and chat. I’ll definitely come back next time. I noticed they usually serve grilled fish, but this time we opted for some side dishes. We ordered Pepper Cream Shrimp, Ginger and Scallion Poached Squid Tubes (whole), Chilled Sweet and Sour Pork, Typhoon Shelter Corn, Duck Shit Fragrance Lemon Tea, and Blue Ocean. The Chilled Sweet and Sour Pork was delicious—crispy on the outside and soft inside, served cold with pineapple and strawberry for added flavor. The Ginger and Scallion Poached Squid Tubes were very fresh and tasted great, not tough at all. The Pepper Cream Shrimp had a unique sauce that’s rarely found in Hong Kong. My friend ordered a Blue Ocean drink, which was sweet and quite enjoyable.
