For those traveling to Tsushima, most trips are short and often rushed to match ferry schedules. Here are some great restaurants in Hitakatsu that are perfect for making the most of your spare time 🥢. I personally visited these places, ensuring they are convenient and worth a visit 👨🍳. 1️⃣ Poemu Bakery (1~3p) This bakery, run by an elderly lady, is famous for its yakisoba bread 🥐. The bread is adorably designed and exudes a Japanese vibe, making it a must-visit spot for women in their 20s traveling to Tsushima 💫. However, keep in mind that the yakisoba bread sells out quickly! 2️⃣ Sushi Dokoro Shinichi (4~6p) Although this place is a bit farther from Hitakatsu Port, it’s still within walking distance 〰️. Conger eel is a specialty in Tsushima, and this restaurant serves the freshest and most delicious conger eel 🌊. 3️⃣ Mado (7~9p) This spot is highly accessible and aligns well with ferry schedules, making it a great place to visit upon arrival or before departure 🍜. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is excellent. However, if you visit right after arriving, you might encounter long waits due to the number of Korean visitors.
