"Phra That Nong Bua" of Ubon Ratchathani

Phra That Nong Bua is located in Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. It was built as a symbol of the 25th century anniversary of Buddhism in 1957. It has beautiful architecture and, most importantly, there is also "Phra That Chedi Sri Maha Bodhi", a chedi for the year of the snake. This chedi is a replica of the Buddha Gaya chedi in India. Another beautiful thing is the statue of the Naga with beautiful patterns at the entrance to the chedi.
