Climbing the 8 peaks of Yeongnam Alps, “Sinbulsan, Ganwolsan”

#WinterTravelDestination #WinterHiking 📍Ulsan Ulju-gun Sangbuk-myeon Alps Oncheon 5-gil 103-8 Mountain Culture Center Yeongnam Alps Complex Welcome Center I went hiking with my family to celebrate the New Year :) You can park near Yeongnam Alps Complex Welcome Center It's nice that there's a bathroom at the entrance to the hiking trailㅎㅎ This is a complete hiking trail, and there's a path that goes a little flatter, but you have to go up from Baenaegol Deer Farm! Before reaching the summit, there's Ganwoljae Rest Stop There's a store where you can buy ramen, water, snacks, etc., and you can sit inside and eat! And if you go up to the 2nd floor of the bathroom building next door, there's Ganwoljae Shelter. It's open from 9am to 6pm. It's nice because you can lie down and take a short rest when it's cold and tiring:) You can get to the top of Ganwolsan by climbing up from Ganwoljae for about 30 minutes, and it takes a little longer to get to the top of Sinbulsan by coming down from Ganwoljae, but if you go slowly, you can take pictures of both places:) In comparison, the way to the top of Sinbulsan is harder;) If you go past Sinbulsan and follow the ridge for about an hour, you can get to the top of Yeongchuksan! The Yeongnam Alps 8 peak completion certification has started again for the new year, but there aren't many parking spaces on weekends, so it's better to go a little early:)!
