The suspended spherical villas feature stainless-steel designs inspired by coral reef formations. With mirror-polished surfaces reflecting ocean and sky colors, they achieve near "invisibility" to minimize visual impact on the natural landscape. Each 150-ton spherical villa took 45 days to construct, hovering above coral reefs with minimal seabed contact through compact support structures to reduce ecological disruption. The mirror facades combine aesthetics with energy efficiency: nearly 100% solar reflectance reduces heat absorption, while insulation materials lower air-conditioning demands. The resort operates entirely on a central solar farm with 11,000 photovoltaic panels, supplemented by a solar-powered desalination plant for freshwater. All waste is recycled on-site, drastically reducing external resource dependence. Surrounded by one of Earth's most pristine coral reefs, the resort offers professional diving gear and eco-tours for guests to explore over 200 marine species, advancing Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" tourism transformation.
