The day I almost cried at the taste of Japan in Varanasi, India

Varanasi, India. Sunrise over the Ganges River, flames of prayer, and hustle and bustle with the cows. But that day was a little different. I had an upset stomach and couldn't eat properly for several days, and I had no appetite. But then I ended up at Bunny Cafe. The menu was in Japanese, the staff were kind, and what was brought to me was soba noodles and katsudon. I wondered if I could eat it...? But after the first bite, I was like, "It's so strong..." and I almost cried. It was warm, with a good dashi flavor and a gentle taste.
