Traveling alone and chilling in Villefranche-sur-Mer 🇫🇷

If you are looking for a short day trip from Nice that doesn't require much planning but still offers beautiful sea views and a small French coastal town atmosphere, Villefranche-sur-Mer is the best answer. And most importantly... I went there alone and it was super chill! Getting there is super easy. I started from Nice-Ville station, took the train for only 7 minutes and arrived at Villefranche-sur-Mer station. The fare was only 3.50 euros. I must say that this was one of the most worthwhile trips in my solo travel life. A town that looks like it came out of a postcard As soon as I stepped out of the station, I felt the tranquility and the atmosphere of a true French seaside town. Pastel-colored houses line the hillsides, sloping down to a small harbor with crystal-clear blue water. Walk along the narrow streets paved with ancient stones and find old houses with flowers decorating the balconies.
