Mount Wellington (kunanyi) – TAS

#summervacay Driving up Mount Wellington from Hobart is an experience in itself—the temperature drops and the view opens up dramatically. At the top, the panoramic lookout gave me a full sweep of the city, Derwent River, and far-off ranges. I walked a few short trails on the summit and took in the cool, crisp summer air. The rock formations and alpine landscape were unexpected and beautiful. It’s an easy half-day trip from Hobart and absolutely worth it.
