You Jia Garden, also known as 'Huai Shang Park'

You Jia Garden, also known as 'Huai Shang Park', is located in Huayuan Village, Shili Pu Town, Ying Shang County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, and is situated on the bank of Wuli Lake west of Ying Shang County. You Jia Garden is a Suzhou-style garden architecture, with three water systems in the middle dividing the garden into four parts, known for its unique flowers, exotic grasses, shaped pines, and strange stones. The overall layout is small and exquisite, with changing scenery at every step, and is known as the 'Yuyuan of Northern Anhui'. You Jia Garden was built in the late Qing Dynasty (1923), and was originally the private garden of the wealthy gentleman You Yinxuan, named 'You Garden'. At that time, it was customary to name the garden after the surname, hence the name 'You Jia Garden'. After the liberation, it was renamed 'Huai Shang Park'. In 2004, it was approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province as a provincial key cultural relics protection unit; in 2012, You Jia Garden·Wuli Lake Ecotourism Scenic Area was rated as a national AAAA tourist attraction.
