Pay homage to Luang Por Chat Thong and visit the Sala Yao

🏘 Wat Bang Khun Thian Klang was built during the late Ayutthaya period. According to legend, two siblings collaborated to construct this temple—one built the ordination hall, while the other built the vihara. However, they later had a falling out, leading to the division of the temple into two: Wat Bang Khun Thian Nok and Wat Bang Khun Thian Klang. 🧱 The temple was abandoned until 1864 (during the late reign of King Rama IV), when it was restored along with Wat Bang Khun Thian Nok. Key attractions within the temple include: 🏠 The ordination hall, designed in Ayutthaya style, features intricate decorations on the gable, door, and window frames adorned with beautiful ceramic tiles.
