A newly built campsite park in Nanchuan—offers incredibly diverse activities! Even when Chongqing hits 40°C, you can still cool off here. Sharing my real experience: 🚗 2.5-hour drive from downtown Chongqing, toll fee 💰40 ⛰️ At 1,350m elevation, the dense forest keeps daytime temps around 20°C (68°F), and it gets chilly at night—bring a light jacket. 🏕️ We booked the self-pitch area A10—spacious enough for 3-4 regular tents, perfect for group trips. Cars can park right at the site, with power outlets and bright lighting 💡, super convenient. 💦 The self-pitch area is close to restrooms and shower 🚿 rooms (separated by gender), and hygiene is well-maintained. During our two-night stay, trash in common areas was cleared promptly. 👣 The campsite has hiking trails (2-hour round trip) featuring waterfalls, streams, and cave exploration! Along the way, you can forage for walnuts, rose hips, kiwis 🥝, raspberries, and more—tons of fun. ☕️ Just a 6-minute drive to Delong Town for supplies and meals (afternoon mahjong sessions in town cost only 60 yuan, lol). ➡️ The forest 🌳 park is still expanding—we explored for over an hour.
