Delicious and creative vegetarian food in Georgetown

#penangspots Visited this restaurant serving vegetarian food in the heart of Georgetown and it is now one of my favourite place for vegetarian food! At Yun Shan Ge Vegetarian House on Penang Street, the vegetarian hor fun is a delightful Nyonya‑style rice noodle dish subtly elevated by fragrant sesame oil. The horfun was served with strong sesame‑oil aroma and nuttiness which was really delicious and comforting. Served in a light vegetarian broth or stir‑fried simply, the silky hor fun absorbs the sesame’s warmth without overpowering. The dish feels nourishing and refined, aligned with the resto’s emphasis on fresh, no‑garlic/MSG Nyonya vegetarian cooking in a calm, zen-like dining setting.
