This French restaurant is located on the 101st floor of ICC in Tsim Sha Tsui. The window seats offer a stunning view of Victoria Harbour from above 🤩 (remember to request a window seat when booking!) The restaurant's decoration is high-end and elegant, especially suitable for celebrating birthdays or anniversaries❤️ We visited on a weekday afternoon and ordered a lunch set meal. The price of the four-course set meal was HK$328, which is very cost-effective! ✨ 🤍Caramel and lime juice with red snapper The red snapper is delicious and tender, paired with sweet cantaloupe and fresh lime juice, very appetizing😋 🤍Cauliflower soup with Japanese sea urchin The cauliflower soup is smooth and paired with the rich and creamy Japanese sea urchin, adding a sense of layering☺️ 🤍Braised black pork noodles with melon and tofu The black pork noodles are tender and juicy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, paired with crispy melon and smooth tofu, with rich taste👍🏻 🤍Miyazaki A4 wagyu with oxtail and radish (additional HK$180) Miyazaki A4 wagyu beef is very tender and melts in the mouth, with evenly distributed fat🤤 Paired with fragrant oxtail and crispy radish, it is very delicious😍 🤍Cantaloupe Soufflé The Soufflé is light in texture and has a sweet and sour taste.
