Drippy Magic Underground at Prometheus Cave

#summervacay Prometheus Cave in Kumistavi is like stepping into another world. One minute you’re outside with trees and sunshine, and the next you’re deep underground surrounded by crazy rock formations and glowing lights. The vibe is super cool, literally, it’s way colder down there, so bring a jacket even if it’s hot outside. The cave’s full of massive stalactites and stalagmites that look like they’re from some kind of alien planet. The paths are well-lit and smooth, so it’s not a rough hike or anything, more like a slow wander through nature’s weirdest art gallery. Some of the chambers are absolutely huge, and there’s even music playing in the background to amp up the mood. At the end, you can hop on a little underground boat ride, which just adds to the whole “adventure movie” feeling. It’s super fun and really different from anything else in Georgia. If you’re anywhere near Imereti, definitely go explore it. Just be ready to take a hundred photos.
