Ibaraki Prefectural Port Park

#thingstodo You can't go up to the observation deck, but it's spacious and there aren't many people, so you can relax. It might be a good idea to go out and enjoy the sea breeze and look at the huge ships moored at the surrounding factories. Beautiful park, near Kao Kashima Plant. It has a high tower & a "Victory of Humanity" monument. when I came here, I smelled something bad, maybe it came from the plant nearby.
